Dosa Class and You’re Invited!

I’d love to have you join myself and Gut Health Coach, Yvonne King on Thursday, June 15 at 7:00pm: come in person or register to join via Zoom.

Are you gluten free and looking for another tasty way to serve bread to your family? Have you wondered what I am talking about when I talk about Dosas? Many people have health issues that are related to gut health yet the connection between the two isn’t readily apparent; symptoms like joint and muscle pain, allergies, food intolerance’s, hives, digestive issues, acid refux, fatigue, headaches, the list goes on. Removing grains and introducing them back into the diet in the form of fermentation (such as Dosa which is gluten free) allows for healing of the gut, better digestion, and nutrient absorption.

Dosas are a wonderful gluten free, fermented, easy to make wrap that can be used in a multitude of ways. From breakfast, lunch, or dinner this bread can be used to make delectable fruit and cream filled crepes, enchiladas, tacos, grilled cheese, tuna sandwiches to go, chicken salad wrap, or egg and bacon filled breakfast wraps. They can be made in small batches or bigger batches and the extra Dosas freeze really well, saving time and energy for other activities.

I’ve been invited to share my love for fermentation with others by teaching a class on how to make Dosas so I wanted to share the link with you in case you’d like to join in the class either in person or via Zoom.

Here is the link to the class: Master Fermentation with Everyday Heros by Yvonne King.

I’ll show you how to make Dosas from start to finish (Dosas have 2 stages to fermentation which are actually really easy steps).

I’m looking forward to the class this Thursday; if you would like to join in, feel free to check out Yvonne’s website and scroll down to the Dosa class to sign up.
